Metrosuite's founder, Jacob Sofer, presented the company on CBC's Dragons' Den: what a garden suite is, why factory-built modules make it deliverable in months, and what that means for the homeowner and the city.
The appearance was recorded when Metrosuite was primarily a builder of garden suites for private owners. The company has since grown into the builder and construction manager of the multiplexes on the projects page, and is establishing an investment program for the next phase. The delivery method the Dragons saw is the one behind most of those buildings.
