A garden suite is a separate living unit in the backyard or side yard, offering private space and supporting multi-generational living or rental income. It provides flexibility for accommodating family members and the potential to generate extra revenue.

What’s included?

We take care of the entire project, soup to nuts.

    • Permit research and facilitation.

    • Preparation of complete plans for site, foundation and utilities

    • Interior and exterior finishing, including siding

    • Flooring, cabinets, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and appliances

    • Windows and doors

    • Home transportation from factory to destination

    • Craning and hoisting onto the foundation

    • Weatherproofing joints

    • Foundation installation at destination

    • Site work for slope adjustments, soil conditions, and structure removal

    • Clearing of site and potential demolition of ancillary structures

    • Connection of utilities during the craning process

    • Hook up of water, sewer, and electrical to principal dwelling

    • Upgrading of electrical panel and incoming water line (additional cost)
