Four family-sized rental townhomes in Peterborough. Framing and roofing were completed in August 2026 and the mechanical and electrical rough-ins in early September; drywall and interior finishing are under way.
Frank Street is a deliberate exception to the modular default. The site, the unit type and the local trade base favoured a conventional build, and the choice was made at feasibility. Modular is how Metrosuite delivers most of its housing; housing is the point, and the method follows the site.
